Day 283 – Psalm 35

“And my tongue shall speak of Your righteousness…” Psalm 35:28a

WERE THERE HUMAN SUPPORTERS OF DAVID?

David was not alone when he was oppressed by his enemies. There were people who knew him and were loyal to him.

“Let them shout for joy and be glad,
Who favour my righteous cause;
And let them say continually,
‘Let the LORD be magnified, who has pleasure
in the prosperity of His servant.’
And my tongue shall speak of Your righteousness
And of Your praise all the day long.”
Psalm 35:27-28

ASSURANCE IN THE HEART

David concluded his imprecatory prayer on a strong note of assurance that God in His righteousness would do the following:-

2. He would vindicate David.

3. He would uphold justice.

4. He would continue to watch over David and bless him and all others who walk aright.
