"He is near who justifies Me"

Text: Isaiah 50:8

THE ENEMIES OF THE MESSIAH

The ministry of the Messiah was meant to bring many into the Kingdom of heaven. The Gospel He proclaimed cause many to forsake their sinful ways. Through a new-found faith and life, the believers became followers of the Lord Jesus. But His success caused some religious leaders to become enemies. They were fiercely opposed to the Lord Jesus and what He stood for!

“He is near who justifies Me;
Who will contend with Me?
Let us stand together.
Who is My adversary?
Let him come near Me.
Surely the Lord GOD will help Me;
Who is he who will condemn Me?
Indeed they will all grow old like a garment;
The moth will eat them up.”
