The complete work of God
“Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;” (Phil 1:6)
1. Confidence in the work of God
a. In being fully convinced, there is a sense of confidence
b. There is great certainty in the work of God in our lives
2. The commencement of the work of God in our lives
a. It is God who does the work of salvation at the beginning
b. He will continue to do a good work inside each one of us
3. The work that the Lord will complete
a. This is not just about potential
b. There is great assurance of the future completion of the work of God
