4. Reproach (Psalm 31:11)
5. Forgotten (Psalm 31:12)
6. Slander (Psalm 31:13)
7. Fear on every side (Psalm 31:13b)
(II) FACING THE TRIALS OF LIFE SUCCESSFULLY
1. Trust (Psalm 31:1, 14)
2. Commitment of our spirit to God (Psalm 31:5)
3. Pray
“I have called upon You” Psalm 31:17b
a) For deliverance ( Psalm 31:15 )
b) For mercies’ sake ( Psalm 31:16b )
(III) BELIEVING IN THE GOODNESS OF THE LORD
“Oh how great is Your goodness, which You have laid up for those who fear You, which You have prepared for those who trust in You in the presence of the sons of men!” Psalm 31:19
