(I) THE THREE STAGES OF LIFE

1. Birth

“By You I have been upheld from birth;
You are He who took me from my mother’s womb”
Psalm 71:6

2. Youth

“For You are my hope, O LORD God;
You are my trust from my youth”
Psalm 71:5

3. Old Age

“Do not cast me off in the time of old age;
Do not forsake me when my strength fails”
Psalm 71:9

(II) LESSONS OF TRUST

“O God, You have taught me from my youth,
And to this day I declare Your wondrous works”

2. That God is our Strong Refuge, Rock, Fortress (Psalm 71: 3, 7)

3. That God is our Hope (Psalm 71:5, 14)

6. That God will be our comfort (Psalm 71:21)

7. That God will always be faithful (Psalm 71:22)
