1. A challenge to the people
“Trust in Him at all times, you people…” Psalm 62:8
2. Teaching others to trust
“Trust in Him at all times…” Psalm 62:8
3. The involvement of the outpouring of the heart to Him
“…Pour out your heart before Him…” Psalm 62:8
4. He is our refuge
“…God is a refuge for us.” Psalm 62:8
(III) THE EXAMPLE OF THE PSALMIST TRUSTING IN GOD
1. Trusting By Waiting Upon The Lord
“Truly my soul silently waits for God….” Psalm 62:1
2. Trusting Through Knowledge Of God
“He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be greatly moved.” Psalm 62:2
3. Trusting With Expectation
“My soul, wait silently for God alone, For my expectation is from Him.” Psalm 62:5
