d. The Messiah (The Christ) was meant to be the King of Israel.

6. How true were these charges?

a. The answer is obvious! All the charges were false!
b. The Lord Jesus urged the people to pay taxes to Caesar.

“Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s”
