MEDITATION
Genesis 1:24-25
24 Then God said, “Let the earth bring forth the living creature according to its kind: cattle and creeping thing and beast of the earth, each according to its kind”; and it was so.
25 And God made the beast of the earth according to its kind, cattle according to its kind, and everything that creeps on the earth according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.
Job 40:15-18
15 “Look now at the behemoth, which I made along with you; He eats grass like an ox.
16 See now, his strength is in his hips,And his power is in his stomach muscles.
17 He moves his tail like a cedar; The sinews of his thighs are tightly knit.
18 His bones are like beams of bronze,His ribs like bars of iron.
MEANINGFUL APPLICATION TO LIFE
1. God’s creation includes
a. All living creatures
b. Cattle
c. Creeping things
2. “Beast of the earth”
a. The usual word is “behemoth”.
b. General word of description for large size creatures.
c. This description can factor in dinosaurs.
3. “And God saw that it was good”
a. There was such a diversity of creatures:
i. Birds of the air
ii. Land creatures
iii. Sea creatures
b. In God’s creation plan:
Everything is ecologically well-balanced! Let us stand in awe of our Creator God!

15 你且观看河马，我造你也造它，它吃草与牛一样。
16 它的气力在腰间，能力在肚腹的筋上。
