THE SALVATION THAT GOD GRANTS

There is so much to rejoice in when we ponder the Salvation God has planned for us. Thank God for His blessings outpoured at the Youth Conference this past week.

1 And in that day you will say:

“O LORD, I will praise You;

Though You were angry with me,

Your anger is turned away, and You comfort me.

2 Behold, God is my salvation,

I will trust and not be afraid;

‘For Yah, the LORD, is my strength and song;

He also has become my salvation.’ ”

3 Therefore with joy you will draw water

From the wells of salvation.     Isaiah 12:1-3

  1. Salvation includes:

a) God turning away His anger

b) He offers His comfort instead

  1. Salvation causes the heart to offer praise to God

a) For being our God of salvation

b) For giving us strength

c) For giving us a song in the heart where there was fear and sadness

  1. Salvation is compared to a deep well

a) One may come to this well and draw as much water as needed

b) Water is vital to sustain and health

c) Salvation is more than just a decision to receive the Lord Jesus as Saviour

DRAWING FROM THE WELLS OF SALVATION

  1. Draw from the wells of salvation, life refreshing water
  1. Discover the Joy of salvation as you drink deeply
  1. Determine to share the joy of salvation freely
