#14 THE LIGHT IS DARKENED BY THE CLOUDS
Light is God’s gift to His beloved people;
The world is a dark place with no scruples.
Though Light cannot ever be fully extinguished;
But it can be enshrouded if faith is relinquished.
Sin, like a dark cloud can cover the sun;
Walking in the dark is certainly no fun!
When man disregards the works of God;
Soon, he will despise the Word of the Lord.
When the darkness of sin is chosen above Light;
The forces of evil will come with all its might!
The cry to God for help would then be in vain;
The Promised land of plenty will not see rain!
The LORD of hosts will be exalted in that Day;
Judgment will come soon and without delay!
God will be hallowed in all His righteousness;
Man must recognise the depth of his foolishness!
