#1 LET US WALK IN THE LIGHT OF THE LORD
Spiritual eyes need to be opened and be enlightened;
A vision of the true state of Israel to Isaiah was given.
Amidst the wealth and power, the nation was sick;
The decline and decay had begun, fast and thick!
The nation was in trouble because of poor leadership;
Faith was weak; what was missing was true fellowship!
People cared only for what their flesh craved and desired;
They sought power and wealth till they were sick and tired.
Only the faithful few knew the deadly plight of the nation;
Their hearts’ concern was for the future generation!
The need to walk in the light of the LORD was dire;
Yet few possessed the needed drive and the desire.
“Let us walk in the light of the LORD” was the prophet’s cry;
The nation must repent and confess, or the people will die!
Are we so much better today because we know more?
The search for Spiritual Light must be at our heart’s core!
