THE SEVENFOLD ANOINTING OF THE MESSIAH
The Life and Ministry of the Messiah would be challenging;
There would be many obstacles that were upsetting.
Deep darkness had descended and it had remained;
How would the Messiah restore a glad refrain?
The Messiah would need a deep Anointing;
He would need full and great empowering.
The LORD would provide all that the Messiah would need;
The Messiah, this promised power, He would seek.
He would need God’s Power for Life and Ministry;
He would need to show people God’s love and mercy.
The power of the Devil must be defeated;
The Messiah’s ministry must not be impeded.
The Messiah would receive a Sevenfold Anointing;
This Promise is truly glorious and soul-uplifting!
The Messiah would fulfil all He was sent to do;
He would prove to be faithful and wonderfully true!
