THE WORD BECAME FLESH
Many struggle to believe in God;
No one has seen the invisible Lord.
Unbelief can become very adverse;
This state can be hard to reverse.
The Lord Jesus came as the Son of Man;
His purpose was to reveal salvation’s plan.
He had come to teach Man about God;
He would reveal the Father as the LORD.
He had to come dressed in human flesh;
His teachings were sound and fresh.
He displayed the Being of God wonderfully;
God was the Father of comfort and mercy.
Only the Son of Man can reveal God perfectly;
He was in the bosom of God from eternity.
In the Lord Jesus we understand God;
How wonderful it is to know the LORD.
