REMEMBER THE DAYS OF OLD
We must make every effort to remember;
Especially of God as our wonderful Provider.
He is truly the Lord, our God Most High,
He has been faithfully drawing nigh!
How wonderful to know we are God’s inheritance;
This is knowledge that is glorious and awesome.
To His people, God has proven Himself kind and tender;
His mercies and His kindness He will keep forever.
The Lord has indeed encircled us and instructed us;
His faithful promises are given in His righteousness.
He has kept us so marvelously as the apple of His eye;
He knows all our challenges and He has heard our cries.
He bears us on eagles’ wings lifting us ever higher;
He has enabled us to soar, ever gracious and tender.
The Lord has led us and we remember Him gratefully;
Let us be challenged to follow the Lord most faithfully!
