YOU SHALL RECEIVE POWER
The weakness of the Disciples was appalling;
At His arrest, everyone was fleeing!
The Disciples had failed most miserably;
Yet, the Saviour continued to love deeply.
The Risen Saviour sought His Disciples;
He wanted them to become more spiritual.
He restored each and every one of them;
Each one was like an unpolished gem!
The Lord promised to give them Power;
The Spirit of God would be there every hour.
He would replace their weaknesses;
He would make them courageous!
The Power of the Lord is what we need;
Holy Spirit power is what we must seek.
We can see our lives wonderfully transformed;
We have already been gloriously ransomed!
