PRAYER MEETING
Text: Exodus 34

PREPARATION TO MEET WITH THE LORD

1. Clear words of instruction given    Exodus 34:1-3

2. Preparation
Cut two tablets of stone like the first ones    Exodus 34:1

3. Anticipation
I will write on these tablets the words that were on the first tablets which you broke    Exodus 34:1

4. Readying
So be ready in the morning, and come up in the morning to Mount Sinai    Exodus 34:2

5. Presentation
Present yourself to Me there on the top of the mountain    Exodus 34:2

6. Restrictions
And no man shall come up with you, and let no man be seen throughout all the mountain; let neither flocks nor herds feed before the mountain.    Exodus 34:3

a) No companion

b) No one to be seen on the mountain range

c) No flocks

d) No herds

COMPLIANCE OF MOSES

1. Stones
So he cut two tablets of stone like the first ones    Exodus 34:4

2. Morning
Then Moses arose early in the morning and went up Mount Sinai, as the LORD had commanded him and he too in his hand the two tablets of stone    Exodus 34:4
