A MORE DETAILED EXPLANATION OF THE FOURTH KINGDOM
Daniel 7:23-27
1. This answer is given to Daniel because he had sought further explanation
“I wished to know…” Daniel 7:19a
2. The fourth beast is the fourth kingdom (Greece) Daniel 7:23
a) Different from the previous kingdoms
b) It would devour the whole earth
c) Trample it and break it in pieces
2. The ten horns Daniel 7:24 (Daniel 2:7)
a) Ten kings
b) These shall arise from this kingdom
c) One of them would arise and subdue three kings
3. The little horn Daniel 7:25
a) He shall speak pompous words against the Most High
b) He shall persecute the saints of the Most High
c) He intends to change times and law
d) Saints to be given to his hand for a time, times and a half
4. Judgment of the little horn Daniel 7:26-27
a) There will be a Divine court convened
b) The dominion of the little horn will be taken away
c) It would be destroyed forever
5. The establishment of the fifth kingdom Daniel 7:27
a) The kingdom of the saints of the Most High
b) Features of this kingdom
