DESIRE TO TEACH PEOPLE THE FEAR OF THE LORD

“Listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD”

Psalm 34:11

1. This Fear of the LORD can be learned

2. This holy Fear of the LORD must be well learned

Faces not ashamed (Psalm 34:5)

5. The angel of the LORD encamps

All around those who Fear Him (Psalm 34:7)

DETERMINATION TO PRACTISE THE FEAR OF THE LORD

1. Fear the LORD, you His saints (Psalm 34:9a)

a) A Call
b) A Challenge
c) This Fear is to be practised

2. Faith in the LORD

a) That His eyes are on the righteous (Psalm 34:15a)
b) That His ears are open to their cry (Psalm 34:15b)
c) That the LORD is near
To those who have a broken heart (Psalm 34:18)
d) That He guards His people (Psalm 34:20)
e) That the LORD redeems
The soul of His servants (Psalm 34:22)
