"I am zealous for Zion"

Text: Zechariah 8:2

GOD HAD NEVER DESERTED HIS PEOPLE

This was a truth that God wanted His people to fathom. Because of their suffering, many felt that God had abandoned them forever! This was a misconception that had to be dispelled.

“Again the word of the LORD of hosts came, saying,
‘Thus says the LORD of hosts:
“I am zealous for Zion with great zeal;
with great fervour I am zealous for her.”‘”
