Text: Exodus 29: 43-46
MEDITATION
Exodus 29:43-46
43 And there I will meet with the children of Israel, and the tabernacle shall be sanctified by My glory.
44 So I will consecrate the tabernacle of meeting and the altar. I will also consecrate both Aaron and his sons to minister to Me as priests.
45 I will dwell among the children of Israel and will be their God.
46 And they shall know that I am the LORD their God, who brought them up out of the land of Egypt, that I may dwell among them. I am the LORD their God.
MEANINGFUL APPLICATION TO LIFE
1. The Tabernacle
a. The Tabernacle will be sanctified.
b. God’s glory will sanctify it.
2. Consecration
a. God will consecrate the Tabernacle.
b. He will also consecrate the altar.
c. Aaron will be consecrated as the High Priest.
d. His sons will be consecrated as priests.
3. Significance explained
a. God will dwell among the children of Israel.
b. He was the One who brought them out of Egypt.
c. He will now dwell among them.
d. He will be among His people as the LORD their God.
i. He is not a distant God.
ii. He will provide for them.
iii. He will protect them.
iv. He will be a personal God to His people.
e. Priests and people must ever seek to be dedicated and consecrated:
i. To relating to God.
ii. To fearing Him.
iii. To worshipping Him.
iv. To serving Him wholeheartedly.
v. To honour Him faithfully as the LORD their God.

43 我要在那里与以色列人相会，会幕就要因我的荣耀成为圣。
