"Root of all kinds of evil..."

Text: 1 Timothy 6:10

THE ROOT OF EVIL

The apostle Paul minced no words when he identified the root of many kinds of evil. The following text is a wise and sobering word that we would do well to give careful attention.

“For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil,
for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness,
and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.”
1 Timothy 6:10
