I WILL ABIDE IN YOUR TABERNACLE FOREVER
David’s life was full of strife from enemies;
They attacked all possible vulnerabilities.
His life was often in grave danger;
He turned to God as his Deliverer.
David found God to be a great Shelter;
He fled to the Lord when he was in danger.
Under God’s wings, he felt relief and peace;
His love for the Lord began to deepen and increase.
The Lord was his strong refuge and Tower;
God was his one and only Lord and Saviour.
His experiences with God caused his faith to grow;
From the House of the Lord, all blessings flow.
The idea of the Tabernacle continued to deepen;
Abiding in the Lord and His house was like heaven.
David’s love for the Tabernacle grew apace;
His heart had experienced God’s great grace.
