HOW LOVELY IS YOUR TABERNACLE!
The humble Levites assisted the Aaronic priests;
They would never be promoted, but they persist.
Their job was to look after the Tabernacle;
To them, this was a Calling that was special.
They did not despise their humble work at all;
They were conscious that they had a divine Call.
They were assigned their Tasks by the Lord;
They served well because of their love for God.
The Sons of Korah had a deep love for the Tabernacle;
Even the Courtyards of the Tabernacle were special.
They thought about the sparrows and the swallows;
Their natural affinity for the Tabernacle drew them close.
The Joy of the Sons of Korah is truly deeply inspiring;
They were just glad to be able to sing praises to the King;
May we be moved to cultivate such a deep sense of love too!
To the Lord’s House, may we ever be steadfast and true!
