Text: Revelation 10

1 I saw still another mighty angel coming down from heaven, clothed with a cloud. And a rainbow was on his head, his face was like the sun, and his feet like pillars of fire.
2 He had a little book open in his hand. And he set his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land,
3 and cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roars. When he cried out, seven thunders uttered their voices.
4 Now when the seven thunders uttered their voices, I was about to write; but I heard a voice from heaven saying to me, “Seal up the things which the seven thunders uttered, and do not write them.”
5 The angel whom I saw standing on the sea and on the land raised up his hand to heaven
6 and swore by Him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and the things that are in it, the earth and the things that are in it, and the sea and the things that are in it, that there should be delay no longer,
7 but in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, the mystery of God would be finished, as He declared to His servants the prophets.

Revelation 10:1-7

ANOTHER MIGHTY ANGEL

1. Coming from heaven

2. Clothed with a cloud

3. A rainbow on his head

4. His face like the sun

5. His feet were like pillars of fire

6. He held a little book in his hand

7. His feet

a) One foot was in the sea
b) The other foot was on the land

8. This is just another majestic angel

WHEN THE MIGHTY ANGEL SPOKE

1. It was like a lion roaring

2. Seven thunders spoke next

3. Far greater than the voice of the mighty angel

ABOUT TO WRITE

1. John was about to write

2. But he was instructed otherwise

3. The words of the seven thunders were not to be written
(Psalm 29 The voice of the Lord)

4. Their content was sealed

BACK TO THE MIGHTY ANGEL

1. He raised up his hand to heaven

2. He swore by God who lives forever and ever

3. God described in His majesty

“Who created heaven and the things that are in it, the earth and the things that are in it, and the sea and the things that are in it, that there should be delay no longer”

Revelation 10:6

THE MYSTERY OF GOD

But in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, the mystery of God would be finished, as He declared to His servants the prophets.

Revelation 10:7

1. The sounding of the 7th Angel

2. When the 7th trumpet would be blown

3. The mystery of God would be finished

4. God had been revealing many mysteries to and through His servants the prophets
