STIRRING UP PURE MINDS
The Lord sometimes spoke to man directly;
Knowledge of God was received gratefully.
He gave dreams and visions to Man;
Thus, was revealed, God’s Plans.
The Lord also spoke through holy prophets;
They were sent to help people in dire straits.
God’s deliverance was promised to His people;
The Word of God was received well by the humble.
The Lord also spoke through Apostles;
They began their training as Disciples.
They had learned much from the Son of Man;
He was sent by God according to a divine Plan.
The challenge is to have pure minds stirred;
The mind and heart must be regenerated.
We can have a faith that is clear and certain;
If we would but heed God’s word from heaven!
