THE GREATNESS OF HIS POWER
When God created Man, He looked into many things;
The story of His creating both Man is truly inspiring.
He granted intelligence and Man had a mind of his own;
The greatness of God’s glorious design was clearly shown.
But sin came in and man found himself defeated;
Sin had made him weak and strength was depleted.
Man would have to find his source of power in God;
He would have to seek it in his prayers to the Lord.
The many trials in life remind Man of his need;
He would have to find faith to seek God indeed!
Pride often stands in the way and Man soon falls;
He would have to learn how, on God, he must call.
The greatness of God’s power will not diminish;
He will grant strength, so that work can be finished.
How grateful we must feel as we reflect on the year!
He was there to give strength when we were in tears!
