YOUR TENDER MERCIES AND YOUR LOVING-KINDNESSES
Sometimes we have a wrong understanding of the LORD:
We imagine that He is an angry and impetuous God!
Thus, we are in terror of Him in the wrong way;
Unwisely, we keep our distance every day!
There would always be sins in our life, sadly;
But this must not stop us from seeking God humbly.
Our sins must be confessed with deep sorrow;
But by the Lord’s grace, there will be a tomorrow!
It was God who declared His many attributes;
He would be true to what He said, this is absolute!
He has great and tender mercies for all sinners;
He will never withhold His loving-kindnesses!
He will not remember our sins for He will forgive;
From the vagaries of life, He would grant relief.
He will indeed extend to us His great goodness;
He will forgive, for therein is His greatness!
