YOU WILL SAVE THE HUMBLE PEOPLE
Pride is a sin problem that is age-old;
Man will not easily do what he is told.
Wickedness arises from an arrogant heart;
From the path of God, the sinful depart.
But there are those who are genuinely humble;
They have chosen to believe in God immortal.
They express their faith in acts of mercy;
They seek to live out their faith blamelessly.
The humble seek to practise purity;
They desire to honour God fully.
In life they may face tribulation;
But in God, they will find consolation.
The LORD will always honour the humble;
He is with them amidst all their troubles;
Deliverance will be given as God is sought;
In the snare of evil, they will not be caught.
