WAIT ON THE LORD

If we are honest, we would admit to impatience;

We don’t like waiting, yet this is of importance.

We need to know how to wait on the LORD;

He is to be feared as our Almighty God.

We may argue that the hour is late;

We wonder why God seems to hesitate.

But the Lord has His own good reasons;

We need to learn to trust the God of heaven.

The Lord will indeed teach us His way;

We need to seek Him diligently each day.

We must not be afraid of our enemies;

The Lord would lead us to full victory.

Waiting on the Lord is so important;

Wisdom and courage help us be diligent.

The Lord will strengthen our heart;

From His children, He will never depart!
