VINDICATE ME BY YOUR STRENGTH
Sometimes there are unexpected events;
Troubles come that we cannot prevent.
People we think are possible allies;
They turn out to be otherwise.
People can prove to be false friends;
They will bring destruction in the end.
They are ungodly and unrighteous;
They are committed to self-interest.
The wise response is to pray to the Lord;
He is a Just Judge and a Holy God.
He will bring about a great deliverance;
Prayers to God are of great importance!
Our heart may be discouraged but not in despair;
When we cry out to God, He will hear our prayer.
He will uphold justice just as He always has;
Trust in the Lord in tough times is best!
