SING PRAISES TO THE LORD
There may have been moments of fretfulness,
When God seems not to answer our prayers.
There may be times when tears come unbidden;
Sorrow clouds our minds and we feel forgotten.
There may be moments of sadness and despair;
The problems of life seem too much to bear.
Those moments rob us of our happiness;
All we have seems to be just dark sadness.
But the Lord is never far away at all;
On Him we must ever seek to call.
He will wipe away all our tears;
He truly wants us to draw near!
He wants to give to our hearts a song;
He is able to make us truly strong.
Our response must be one of praise;
May we sing to the LORD always!
