BLESSED WITH EVERY SPIRITUAL BLESSING
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,”
Our hearts cannot but be moved to offer this “sacrifice.”
Prayers of thanksgiving must arise from our grateful heart;
Let us determine that from God, we will never ever depart!
“Who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing…”
How profound to be so blessed from the beginning!
The plan of salvation in Christ is so deep and great;
The giving of thanks to God- we must never hesitate!
“Just as He chose us in Him!” O, the depth of this Love!
Such a profound love cannot but be from Heaven above.
The heart cannot but be filled with awe and humility;
How we must pray that the Lord will be our God of reality!
“That we should be holy and without blame-”
May we never walk in darkness to our shame!
We have so much to be thankful for in reflection;
To a life of holiness must be our dedication!
