THE KINGDOM OF GOD
Man has always desired to establish an Empire;
Arrogant kings have an insatiable desire.
They will stop at nothing to build their kingdom;
Even if they caused death and take away freedom.
Mighty Empires once ruled the earth without mercy;
Millions were enslaved and many were reduced to poverty.
But none these great Empires survived for very long;
Each was destroyed by other kings that became strong.
A prophecy was given concerning the Son of Man;
He would be given a dominion from God’s hand.
This Kingdom would be very different in many ways;
But few understood this Kingdom and went astray.
The Son of Man was none other than the Lord Jesus;
His plan was to teach people about true righteousness.
He came from heaven to teach people about this Kingdom;
All who come to faith in Him would find spiritual freedom!
