A LIFE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS
The Messiah would be filled with the Spirit of God;
He would choose to practise the fear of the Lord.
Righteousness would be the characteristic of His life;
He would never choose to enter into dispute and strife.
Righteousness would be the governing feature;
All that He says and does, would be a treasure.
There would not be foolish judgment on anyone;
His concern is to see the Will of God fully done.
He would have wisdom to discern both good and bad;
His righteous judgment would make the poor glad.
Justice and righteousness would be upheld by Him;
In His perfect life, there would never be sin.
Righteousness would result in true faithfulness;
The Lord would minister without covetousness.
The darkness that prevailed would be dispelled;
The power of darkness can be effectively repelled.
