POWER BELONGS TO GOD

The power of man sometimes causes fear to arise;

There are wicked people whose grip is like a vice.

They exhibit wealth and power over many;

The weak will suffer under their tyranny.

Let us remember that Power belongs to God;

There is no one stronger than the LORD!

We need not cower in fear of the mighty;

Let us trust in the Lord courageously.

Let us recall that we have access to God’s Mercy;

We must cry out to God with genuine humility.

He will give Mercy to all who turn to Him in prayer;

He will surely protect all who are under His care.

Thank God that He is the Judge Supreme;

He will render to the wicked what is due to him.

These truths are to be remembered gratefully;

Let us seek to strengthen our faith significantly.
