“I AM YOUR SALVATION”
The tribulation experienced in life can bring tears;
The evil plans of the wicked can create deep fears.
The heart cannot but cry out to the LORD;
Hope is to be found in our faith in a great God!
We may plead for God’s deliverance;
The cry for protection is of relevance.
The LORD has promised to hear;
Our heart must believe that God is near!
Our prayers reflect the state of our heart;
Our fears can cause sad tears to start.
Prayers born out of pain are not irrelevant;
To call God to battle for us is not irreverent.
But we must yield to God’s divine will;
We need to train our hearts to be still.
The LORD knows our feelings of distress;
The problem with the wicked, He will address!
