LOVE IS OF GOD
The origin of Love is from God;
It is seen in Christ the Lord.
His life manifested divine love;
In Him is affection from above.
It takes divine love to suffer so much;
That love our hearts must touch.
It was through the Saviour’s suffering;
That we have Life Everlasting.
The challenge is to practise divine affection;
That would prove our glorious salvation.
We have been redeemed from sin’s penalty;
Let us seek to live for the Lord fruitfully.
Let there be never an absence of love;
For we have been so blessed from above.
May the love of the Lord fill our hearts!
From this love may we never depart.
