YOU HAVE GIVEN ME LIFE
The Word of God is settled in heaven always;
The angels of God recognise its righteousness.
They obey and the Word of God is honoured;
Each and every word of God is treasured.
The Word of God is also established in creation;
Its power sustains the earth in every generation.
The Word of God is the source of every blessing;
How precious to read it and on it be meditating!
The Word of God brings hope amidst affliction;
His Word brings Hope and deepens affection.
Affliction without the Word can be hard to bear;
The Word of God reminds us that God truly cares.
Amidst affliction and pain, the Word brings God near;
The Presence of God becomes most precious and dear.
Revival of the soul takes place through the Scriptures;
The Word of God can become life’s great treasures!
