WITHOUT FAITH
It is clear what does not please God;
It is a faithless life, of not relating to the Lord.
We defend ourselves almost angrily;
We seem to fail what God says plainly!
God is not looking for spectacular achievement;
He knows that the best among us have limitations.
God is simply looking for a faith that is Genuine;
A mistaken faith can lead to a disastrous ruin.
A Genuine Faith is one that keeps growing;
It is not a stagnant faith that is actually dying.
A Growing Faith becomes one that Glows in the dark;
It is this kind of Faith that God desires as a hallmark.
Let us be challenged to examine our faith in God;
May a true faith in us cause us to be pleasing to the Lord!
There are many examples of heroes written in the Scriptures;
May we find inspiration as we ponder sacred literature!
