MAKE ME
The Psalmist had overcome ignorance;
Knowledge of the Word was of importance.
He knew also that he must seek cleansing;
So that all may be bright and pure within.
He desired to become a servant of God;
It was a great privilege to serve the LORD.
But there were times when he did not thrive;
Thus, he sought sincerely to be revived.
But he continued to struggle most of the time;
There were times when he felt lost and blind.
He decided that he must pray with boldness;
He would yield his all to God’s plan of holiness.
He would ask God to turn his eyes away;
He would not look at wealth on display.
He wanted God to make him fully obedient;
To God’s Will he wants to be fully compliant!
