POEM

ETERNITY IN THE HEART

The Works of God are profound and deep;
Great wisdom is what we must ever seek!
He has put Eternity in the heart of Man;
Let us be challenged to understand His Plan.

He has given His blessings for Life on earth;
He fills the heart with great joy and mirth.
He makes all things beautiful, in its time;
It takes faith to comprehend things sublime.

There are many works that God has undertaken;
He lovingly watches over His people from Heaven.
He planned Salvation to be full and complete;
He has also blessed the Church with gifts replete.

Let us be challenged to comprehend His Grace;
May we be deeply moved to seek His Face!
God has placed Eternity profoundly in the heart;
From the Presence of God may we never depart!
