1. Faith in the LORD

2. Fighting fear

a) Whom shall I fear?   (Psalm 27:1)
b) Of whom shall I be afraid   (Psalm 27:1)
c) My heart shall not fear   (Psalm 27:3b)

3. Confidence

In this I will be confident   (Psalm 27:3c)

PERSONAL IDEAS ABOUT FOCUS ON THE LORD

1. Desire expressed to the Lord   (Psalm 27:4)

a) To dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life
b) To behold the beauty of the LORD
c) To inquire in His holy temple

HOPE IN THE LORD’S PROTECTION

1. In the time of trouble

a) He shall hide me in His pavilion   (Psalm 27:5a)
b) In the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me   (Psalm 27:5b)
c) He shall set me high upon a rock   (Psalm 27:5c)

3. Hope

a) Now my head shall be lifted up above my enemies all around me   (Psalm 27:6a)
b) I will offer sacrifices of joy in His tabernacle   (Psalm 27:6b)
c) I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the LORD   (Psalm 27:6c)
