PRECIOUS IN MY SIGHT
Afflictions are sometimes hard to bear;
The mind and heart are numb with cares.
God seems far away and nowhere to be seen;
Doubts come and despair appears on the scene.
God reminded His people that they are precious;
He will always love them for He is righteous.
He has shown His power in the past;
His love and commitment is steadfast!
God will redeem His people as promised;
From their problems, He will send release.
He has called each of His children by name;
Of their faith in God, they need not be ashamed.
God has called His people by a glorious Plan;
His will would be fulfilled by His own Hand.
He will bring forth His people to reflect His glory;
The challenge is to hold fast and trust in God’s mercy!
