I LOVE THE LORD
Love for the Lord should be natural;
It must spring from a fountain eternal.
This Love for God must be cultivated;
The mercy of God must be reciprocated.
The Lord is One who hears our prayers;
On Him we may pour out all our cares.
The Lord will be there when we need Him;
He knows all about our weaknesses and sins.
The sorrows of death may frighten us;
We feel pangs of fear and helplessness.
The Lord will be there to deliver us from fear;
He draws close and He reminds us that He is near.
The heart cannot but respond with Love;
It has been touched by the Lord above.
May we ever learn to Love God dearly!
May we walk with our great God faithfully!
