PROVISION AND PROTECTION
God’s redemption for Israel was completed;
Pharaoh was humbled and his armies defeated.
God had promised to Abraham the land of Cannan;
He was fulfilling His promise by showing His mighty hand.
Israel slaved for Egypt for four hundred years;
The nation shed copious amount of tears.
But at last, they were set free from the Pharaoh;
Their part was to believe in God and to follow.
God’s provision was bounteous indeed;
He met all the requests and needs.
Manna and quails were given freely;
Water was made available abundantly.
God’s protection was most obvious;
The Cloud and Fire pillars were glorious.
God has always taken care of His children;
He continues to bless them from heaven.
