THE FATE OF THE WICKED

1. Who are the wicked?

a) God’s enemies   (Psalm 68:1)
b) Those who hate God   (Psalm 68:1)
c) The wicked   (Psalm 68:2)

2. What is their fate?

a) They will be scattered   (Psalm 68:1)
b) They will perish   (Psalm 68:2)

WHAT IS GOD LIKE?

1. His name is The LORD (YAH)   (Psalm 68:4)

2. He is a Father to the fatherless   (Psalm 68:5)

3. A defender of the widows   (Psalm 68:5)

4. He sets the solitary in families   (Psalm 68:6)

5. He brings out those who are bound
Into prosperity   (Psalm 68:6)

6. He goes out before His people   (Psalm 68:7)

7. He has led captivity captive   (Psalm 68:18)

8. He daily loads us with benefits   (Psalm 68:19)

BLESSING THE LORD

1. Blessed be the LORD (Psalm 68:19)

2. The God of our salvation (Psalm 68:20)

PRAYING TO GOD

1. Praying for strength

“Your God has commanded your strength
Strengthen, O God, what You have done for us.”   Psalm 68:29

2. Acknowledging that strength comes from God

“Ascribe strength to God;
His excellence is over Israel,
And His strength is in the clouds.”   Psalm 68:34

3. Standing in awe of God

“O God, You are more awesome than Your holy places.
The God of Israel is He who gives
Strength and power to His people.
