THE PRESENCE OF GOD
The Presence of God was recalled most gratefully;
The glory of God was with Israel most decidedly.
God’s Presence was with His people when He led;
The rains lowered the temperature and Israel was glad.
The awesome Presence of God was felt at the sacred Mountain;
God descended on Sinai and Israel heard the Lord from Heaven.
His Presence caused mighty Sinai to quake at this memorable time;
There was no mistaking the Lord’s majesty so absolutely sublime.
His Presence was seen when Canaan was given as an inheritance;
The rains came to ensure that the harvest would be in abundance.
There was no question as to how God made His presence known;
Without such blessings,the nation of Israel would not have grown.
God’s provision is another evidence of His presence with His people;
Israel came out of Egypt as a struggling nation, it was most vulnerable.
The Lord’s Presence made all the difference to the young nation;
Years of blessing must cause Israel, the Lord’s name to mention.
