VINDICATE ME. O LORD
There may be times when allegations are made;
Our hearts are discouraged and our focus mislaid.
There is little point in trying to answer accusations;
This could possibly lead to angry altercation!
The wise thing to do is to seek God’s vindication;
He will stand by us and grant justification.
He will however have to examine our life carefully;
He is always be committed to judging correctly.
We must make sure that we walk in integrity;
Our life must not be marred by hypocrisy.
The Lord will check how we have lived;
He would then grant us needed relief!
Thank God we may appeal for vindication;
Man’s wickedness leads to condemnation.
May we learn to live for the Lord faithfully!
We need not fear all who condemn unjustly.
