THE LORD BE MAGNIFIED
May we ever desire to see God’s name magnified!
Let us ensure that the LORD our God be glorified!
Let Him be magnified in the defeat of evil men;
May the world know that the LORD is at hand!
May the LORD’s name be magnified in answered prayers;
He is to be praised for taking note of all our many cares.
May we learn to trust God more with each passing day!
We need never give in to grave doubts and dark dismay.
May the LORD’s name be glorified in our deliverance;
Let His name be hailed as He displays omnipotence.
The deliverance that He gives is wonderful to behold;
May our hearts of faith never ever become cold!
May all who truly love the glorious name of God,
Be determined to always magnify the LORD!
In so-doing, we bring honour and great glory,
To our good God who has blessed us abundantly!
