I WILL SEE YOUR FACE IN RIGHTEOUSNESS

Man was created in God’s glorious image;

He was meant to reflect the Heavenly visage.

But sin can corrupt and that extensively;

Many have lost the Divine Image, sadly.

Wickedness can prevail and sin can reign;

Day after day, sinful Man remains the same.

But there will come a day when God will judge;

He will draw His sword, which Man will begrudge.

The righteous is conscious he wears the divine image;

He understands that this is a wonderful privilege.

He looks forward to seeing God’s face everyday;

He seeks to be more godly along Life’s pathway.

He will not be caught up in the pursuit of wealth;

Nor is his focus solely on having physical health.

His desire is to wear the likeness of God’s Divine face;

He draws nearer to God each day, seeking His grace.
